Our partners and their business are the most important assets of our cooperation and we value the agility of SMEs that have the potential to execute projects with volumes over 10 million EUR.

We take a special approach to projects below 10 million EUR, which is based on the individual assessment of risks and opportunities.

We also encourage well-structured start-up projects and companies in early development stages.

Our partners are not our competitors - we cooperate with them. We also know the value of time and the price of wasted opportunities. Under certain circumstances, we will consider minority stakes as well.

  • Structured mezzanine loans combining the philosophy of an equity investor with a loan provider (bank)
  • Distressed assets with the option of restructuring with a long-term involvement
